How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
• Canada: 14-30 business days
• Australia: 14-30 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom printed on demand, all sales are final once an order has shipped. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days at hello@coolteeclub.store with your order number and a photo. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

What items cannot be returned?

We are unable to accept returns for: customer errors (wrong size/color selected), change of mind after shipping, slight color variations due to screen differences, sale items, and gift cards.
