At Festive Threads, we take pride in the quality of our print-on-demand products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are custom printed on demand specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during shipping, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@coolteeclub.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defective or damaged item
We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Customer errors (wrong size, color, or design selected)
- Change of mind after the order has shipped
- Slight color variations due to screen display differences
- Sale items or gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
